This includes your name, email address (for order updates and support), and the specific social media URLs/usernames you provide for the promotion. We will never ask for your social media passwords.

  • To process and deliver your social media promotion orders accurately.
  • To send order confirmations, receipts, and delivery updates.
  • To respond to your customer support inquiries.
  • To improve our website functionality and user experience.

3. Payment Security

All transactions run through secure, encrypted, and trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card details or financial information on our servers.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Viewsbuy experience. Refunds are issued under the following strict circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order entirely due to an issue on our end or a system failure, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Significant Delays: If an order has not started processing within 72 hours of payment and you no longer wish to wait, you may request a cancellation and refund.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Due to the digital nature of our services, we cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Private Accounts: If your account is set to private during the delivery phase, the system will mark the order as complete. We cannot refund these orders.
  • Changed Links/Usernames: If you change your username, delete the post, or alter the URL while an order is active, the delivery will fail. This is not eligible for a refund.
  • Post-Delivery Drops: Fluctuations in followers or views can happen due to social media algorithm updates. We offer a Refill Guarantee (see section 3) rather than refunds for natural drops.

3. The 30-Day Refill Guarantee

If you experience a drop in the followers, views, or likes you purchased within 30 days of the delivery date, we will refill your order at no extra cost. Please contact support with your order ID, and we will restore your numbers.
